My name is Donna Kreisler.
I am 55 years old, born in New York, most of my life between Israel and the United States. Ten years ago I was a single mom, barely able to pay my bills. I am proud to be the owner of multiple businesses today. Today, I focus on assisting people that want more and are willing to sacrifice, evolve and create their dream life.

From Reinvention to Empowerment
Born in New York to Israeli immigrant parents and raised in Florida as an honor student and figure skater, my life changed dramatically at 13 when we moved to Israel after my parents’ divorce. After graduating, I married at 17 and moved to the U.S. In Israel, I managed successful restaurants, becoming a senior sales trainer for over 10,000 professionals across major franchises. I led operations at Il Makiage Israel, building its retail and education divisions before moving to New York to lead U.S. operations. I worked alongside real estate developer Shaya Boymelgreen, managing international operations. After losing everything in a failed business investment, I rebuilt as a single mother, offering business consultations. In Los Angeles, I directed nonprofit events, managed real estate, and helped scale an HVAC company from $2M to $12M before its acquisition. I founded Affordable Heating and Air and now empower others through my Prosperity Mindset, Success Map, and Boss Biz Map programs.

Throughout my journey, I’ve faced challenges that could have easily broken me—but instead, they became the foundation of my strength. I’ve experienced financial devastation, losing everything I had after investing in a business with partners who walked away, leaving me with over a million shekels in debt and a newborn to raise alone. I didn’t have a safety net, just grit, creativity, and the willingness to start over. I offered free consultations to women business owners and rebuilt my career client by client, hour by hour. I’ve also navigated life-changing personal challenges—like transforming my health and mindset by losing 150 pounds in just 18 months. Each difficulty pushed me to reinvent myself, trust my intuition, and create systems that turn chaos into clarity. These experiences are the reason I’m so passionate about helping others break through their own limitations and build lives and businesses they’re proud of. I don’t just teach strategy—I’ve lived it, earned it, and proven it works.

Lost Everything
My path to becoming a business strategist was shaped by pivotal turning points. I lost everything after investing in nail salons, falling into debt, and becoming a single mother with a baby under one year old.
Business Growth
I rebuilt from the ground up using determination and skills developed over years. I helped scale an HVAC company from $2 million to $12 million in revenue and supported its successful sale to a private equity firm.
Health Journey
My personal transformation in 2016 was equally impactful, going from 350 pounds to 200 pounds in just eighteen months. This changed my health, mindset, energy, and entire way of showing up in the world.
Mission Created
These experiences taught me resilience and ignited my mission to help others create lasting change. I created my Prosperity Mindset program, Success Map for aspiring entrepreneurs, and Boss Biz Map for business owners.
